the bad thing with responsive theme is that you do not get the same revenue as you take with separate mobile site.
The reason is PPC programs have different code for popunders and banners for mobile sites.

an example: mobile popunders pays 2$-2,2$ CPM and desktop pupunder 0.9$-1$ CPM.
So with responsive theme only you will lose 50% of your revenue.

As we can see all big porn site have also mobile site only for this reason.

The only way is to make a code that will detect mobile only for ads.
